COACHES

Head of Player Development & Recruitment

​

Damian Mills â€‹â€‹

​

Damian has been a coach at Prestbury for 12 years, leading boys and girls teams from U8 to U16's and running the Ladies team. Damian is now responsible for leading Player Development ensuring every player has enough support to develop as individuals.

​

Damian works alongside Ian and the coaches of each team on the development of each individual player sits at the centre of everything we do: our Academy is Player focused : Coach directed.

 

This means we continue to develop and evolve players by age and position.

 

We provide individual and team coaching curriculums that ensure our players constantly develop in all our pillars

Head of Academy

Ian Nelder-Morgan

​

Lead by Ian Nelder-Morgan, Ian's role is to bring together our various Heads of departments alongside all of our coaches, assistants, team secretaries and volunteers. Ian sits on the wider club committee as Coach Development Officer and Club Welfare Officer.

Head of Strength & Conditioning

 

Ralph Tucker

​

Ralph Tucker leads the Strength and Conditioning at Prestbury Academy, working with each player to ensure they are Physically and Mentally strong.

​

Ralph also provide nutritional advice to Parents and Players.
